I began playing volleyball at 8 years old. This season (my Junior Year) , I was the kill leader at the middle position as well as being the leader in blocks, hitting percentage and hitting attempts for my Salem Academy High School team who won the OSAA 2A State Title. Additionally this season, I was voted First Team All Tri-River Conference by the conference coaches and was named to the All tournament team for the State Tournament and voted First Team All State. As a sophomore, I had the 2nd most kills on my high school's Varsity team while leading the team in blocks. I am comfortable passing and playing defense while in the back row as well playing the Right Side / Opposite position when needed as I did that for my club team this last season. Further, I am a starting forward on the Varsity basketball team and received First Team All Conference and All State Honors for my sophomore year as I led the team in scoring and rebounding as well as being second on the team in steals. This semester, I am taking Honors Science and Honors Genetics.
